Can you kiss with a flipper retainer? And does the guy know you have a retainer when you kiss him?

Sounds kinda weird anyhow. but unless slipping some tongue into it, kissing with the retainer should have little effect. To keep it in place better, try denture adhesives, but consult with your dentist first to decide best type. Paste, powder or liners are the types available.
