I want a baby but im not even old enough to smoke?

i want a baby sooo badly. i babysit them all the time an i love it. but i dont wanna go threw the pain. ive taken care of my baby nephew for a week while his mom went away on her honnymoon. and i was good. but is this bad? ive wanted one sence i was 13.. im 16
