I have a tooth infection due to a cracked tooth.?

I tried to heal the area and had a bone graph that didn't take and was asked to do it again. They wanted me to spend $4000 again. I couldn't afford it. I[ve had the infection for years / Everyday it drains a little and I just clean it and gargle with peroxide and mouth wash. My mouth is usually very fresh. Oh yeah the tooth is the tooth that holds up a bridge in the front of my tooth. I would have to either get implants for 2 to maybe 3 teeth or flippers. problem is I'm a singer and almost done with my first CD and I'm hesitant because I can't sing with snagga teeth or false teeth.I'mhearing about instant implants that will not need the bone work . I need help on this decision, Not sure if the infection is affecting my body any other way but I don't want something to sneak up me. What should I do. I really believe my music will do very well if I get my teeth pulled it may end my career why me !!!!
