How to take care of a 23 month old baby boy?

Im taking care of my nephew this weekend. He cant speak he cant only say hey, no, yes, please, thank you, stop, and stuff like that. He bites and hits and kicks and tells me to shutup. How can i plan out my day with him? What time do i wake him up and put him to bed. How can i keep him preoccupied? I cant take him to the park its too hot so indoor stuff. Thanks
