Mine friend want me to spend money on weed but I'm telling no,being ignorant?

Today mine friend ask me to split money cause he had 2 dollors I told him I'm not going to spend mine money on weed,cause he want to get some hoes high so he can smash her I'm not that type of person going do that I'm thinking mine self why he can't find no flipper.He be on the same sh1t get some girl high so he can bang them me I'm about mine money,wile he depending on the government.He don't understand I'm not on the same stuff he can take no for a answer I don't like people trying to hustle me for mine money I work for 12 hours at the newspaper company.What would y'all say to ur friend if they being ignorant can't take no for a answer.
