Lord capulet is demanding (he was gonna make Juliet marry Paris) and prince escalus his strict and fair (he threated to kill both montagues and capulets if they continued to fight on the streets and he only banished Romeo after he killed tybalt becuz Romeo tried getting back at tybalt for killing mercutio who was prince escalus's cousin and romeo could have been put to death for murdering someone)
