I found a box turtle on the road?

I found a box turtle on Sunday on the road. I kept it in a box with some water, strawberries, broccoli, and some other vegetables and fruits. It seems to be doing fine. It can crawl really fast, and I try to feed it, it would open it's mouth take a bite hang on to the food, bite it off and then wipe it off with his flippers. It doensn't really eat the food. I think it might be sucking out the juice. What should I do with it?
