Radius of kids under megans law?

A level 2 offender just moved right around the corner from a school and playground in my area. they hold camp at the playground in one week. I need to know what the law is concerning them living so close to this area. I have 2 small nephews and they both attend camp. I dont feel safe with them going if it is legal for him to be living there...
