What would the price of a tooth implant+bone grafting be?

I'm getting my left incisor crown taken out, it's got an infection above it, I need a bone graft and an implant put in. How much can I expect to pay for this? The bone above the tooth is pretty badly decayed. The process will be: Make a mold of my mouth, remove the crown, do a bone graft and I'll be using a "flipper" for 6 months while I have the bone graft healing. Then they'll put the implant itself in, let that sit for 4 months and then finally put a crown on top of that. If anyone has had something similar to this please tell me.
