When will my elf package come?

im so nervous, i ordered the 17 and it took 4 days to process, it shipped the 20th and the estimated time is the 24, but its already in NORTHBOROUGH, MA and i live in lawrence Ma, which is 50 minutes away, i dont know why it would take 3 more days? im so scared because ive been hearing about how bad fedex smartpost is and how they lose ur package for months and take a month to deliever? have u bought recently?
